Grant Utilization Report

Projects funded by the Advisory Committee should be completed within 1 year. To comply with Federal Tax Law and the mission of the Barceloux-Tibessart Foundation, a Grant Utilization Report (GUR) must be submitted by July 1st in the year following the grant; the GUR should summarize how the grant monies were spent. If the project is not completed within 1 year, the GUR should explain the reason for the delay, the expected completion date, and details regarding how the project will be completed. No organization will be considered for future funding until the GUR is completed. Please fill out the form below to maintain your eligibility for future grant awards.
