Barceloux-Tibessart Foundation

Leo Theodore Barceloux & Fern Tibessart Barceloux were dedicated to the improvement of the Orland community, funding scholarships at the local schools and community colleges. As their commitment to the community, they founded the Barceloux-Tibessart Foundation. This foundation has now funded over 30 non-profit organizations in the community of Orland, California.
Applications are due May 31st of each year for the current grant cycle. The decision on the distribution of the funds is made at the end of July, and recipients are notified at the beginning of August. For previous grant recipients, the Grant Utilization Reports must be completed and returned to the Trustee office by June 1st of the following year prior to consideration of any future application.
